Purchased 1.27 acres in the summer of 2006 to construct 20-1,000 sf units of workshops/storage near the new Lowes Regional Distribution Center. Units will be utilized for storage and small business enterprise. Development process involved working with the City of Lebanon, OR to rezone and annex the site into the city limits prior to site acquisition.
